In-stock designs typically arrive in 3–5 weeks. Made-to-order and bespoke pieces usually take 6–8 weeks from order confirmation. We confirm your delivery window on WhatsApp before dispatch.
Yes. Most designs can be made in a different size, configuration, fabric or colour. Send us your room measurements and we confirm the price before production starts.
Yes. Standard products can be bought online with card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Custom orders can be secured with a deposit.
Absolutely — send us the product name, your room size and preferred colour, and our team will reply with a quote, usually the same day.
Free delivery is to your door. Carrying furniture into your home is an optional extra: £100 if your building has a lift, £250 without a lift (full 3+3+1 set), and £150 per set to carry it upstairs. Installation is available too — from £50 for a sofa.
Yes — delivery is free to your door anywhere in Greater London. For addresses outside London, message us on WhatsApp for details and a delivery quote. Installation, carry-in and upstairs carry are optional extras with fixed prices.
Please measure your front door, hallways, stairs and lift and check them against the product sizes before you order — send us photos on WhatsApp if you are unsure. Furniture that doesn’t fit through your doors is the customer’s responsibility and can’t be cancelled or refunded.
