Delivery is free to your door anywhere in Greater London. We also deliver across England, Scotland and Wales, including Birmingham, Manchester, Leicester, Liverpool, Leeds, Bristol, Swindon, Coventry and Sheffield — for addresses outside London, message us on WhatsApp for details and a quote.
In-stock designs typically arrive in 3–5 weeks. Made-to-order and bespoke pieces usually take 6–8 weeks from order confirmation. We confirm your delivery window on WhatsApp before dispatch.
Free delivery is to your door. Carrying furniture into your home is an optional extra: £100 if your building has a lift, £250 without a lift (full 3+3+1 set), and £150 per set to carry it upstairs. Installation is available too — from £50 for a sofa.
Every piece is wrapped in protective film, bubble wrap and corner guards, then strapped for transport — exactly as you can see in our customer delivery photos.
Tell us within 48 hours with photos on WhatsApp and we will arrange a repair or replacement. Technical service visits are arranged within 30–45 days — as we have for the past 10 years, we’ll do everything we can to solve your problem.
